1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "bom4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bom4d online gambling platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the bom4d platform and services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statements, e-wallet verification)

Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is completed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of the request may be subject to closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds to their bom4d account using the payment methods available on the platform, including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The following rules apply to deposits:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name that has been verified.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary: most requests are completed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB Monday-Friday), but may take up to 24 hours depending on verification requirements and banking schedules.
• Weekend and public holiday withdrawal requests will be processed on the next business day.

• Any bonus funds or pending bonus wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawal. Only real money balances can be withdrawn.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

bom4d is committed to preventing money laundering and maintains strict compliance procedures. Users agree to the following anti-money laundering terms:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used for money transfer purposes.
• Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews.

• Accounts suspected of money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are offered at bom4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Most bonuses require wagering (turnover) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example:

• A Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period (usually 7-30 days) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only bets placed with real money + bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Free bet wagers do not count.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting Terms

For sports betting (including football leagues like BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and international tournaments), the following specific rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sporting authority or league.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change based on game events. Bet acceptance may be delayed during critical moments.
• Dead heat rules apply when multiple participants tie for a winning position.

5.3 Togel and Lottery Rules

For togel betting (lottery number prediction games including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau):

• All results are based on official lottery draw outcomes from the respective international markets.
• Bets must be placed before the published closing time for each draw. Late bets will be automatically rejected.
• Draw results are typically published within 15 minutes of the official draw time.
• In the rare event that an official draw is cancelled or postponed, all bets for that draw will be voided and stakes returned.

5.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

For live casino, slot games, and table games:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment that is regularly audited for fairness.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not short-term guarantees.
• Live dealer decisions are final. If a technical issue occurs during a live game, the round will be voided and bets returned.

• User request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or chargebacks. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• We are not responsible for the quality or reliability of third-party game providers, payment processors, or internet service providers.

9.3 Limitation of Damages
